10.23.23 Meetup guest speakers: Eric + Krystal Nierman, small business owners

Krystal and Eric moved from Indiana to Simpsonville in 2015 and launched their 2nd location of Dog Psychology and Training Center where their primary objective is to make life less stressful, easier and more enjoyable for each dog and family they work with. At that time, Eric was Operations Manager for FedEx Freight. It has now been 7 years since he left that position to work with Krystal in their own business. They both love animals and adventure. They have 4 children 11 and under.

Over the years they have worked to build systems and a team so they could become less active in the day-to-day of their own business and more active with their young family and other passions.

Krystal is the Chair of the Upstate Human Trafficking Task Force Community Outreach Committee.

Eric was actively involved with the launching of a private school in 2022 and currently sits on the board of the Lifestyle Creators Foundation.

They are both active volunteers with a local non-profit called Switch that fights to end sex trafficking in the upstate. They also have several endeavors on the horizon including multiple new businesses.
